The Home Energy Loan Plan (HELP)
HELP is interest-free and available to homeowners in Manchester for the provision of energy saving measures. HELP loans could pay for:
- New or top-up loft insulation
- Cavity wall insulation
- Draught-proofing
- Hot water cylinder insulation
- New or upgraded central heating system and controls
- Replacement central heating boiler
In some cases HELP loans can also pay for replacement windows and doors.
We can help you to select a reputable and trustworthy contractor (builders, plumbers, roofers, electricians and so on) and will supervise the work whilst it is in progress. We charge a small fee for this service, which can be included in the loan amount.
