Generation Project
The Generation Project is an information and advocacy service, working with and for older people in east Manchester. Our services are free, confidential, impartial and open to anyone aged 55 and over and/ or their carers.
If you live in East Manchester (specifically Beswick, Bradford, Clayton, Gorton, Miles Platting, Newton Heath, Ancoats or Openshaw) and need information, advice or advocacy, are aged 55 or older (or you are a carer for someone over 55), would like to know more about services available for over 55’s, would like help to get your views heard, would like to know more abut your rights or your entitlement to benefits or would like to take part in social activities for older people then we are here to help you!
The project focuses on providing people with information about services that can help meet their housing needs, along with issues concerning general health and well being.
