If you are a homeowner or a private tenant we can offer help and advice on all manner of property repairs, improvements and adaptations. We can give advice on what work is required, the estimated cost and potential sources of funding.
We will work with you to identify the work that is required. We can assist you in finding reliable contractors and obtain quotations. We can draw up a schedule of the work so that contractors are clear about what is needed. We can advise you on planning and building regulations and make sure that the work is done properly.

How much you want us to be involved is down to you. All advice is free but should you decide to use our services beyond seeking advice then, depending on your circumstances, a fee will be charged as a contribution to our running costs. We will advise you of any costs before you commit yourself to using our services.
