Admin Assistant (Home from Hospital Service)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5.5 hours per day (start/finish times to be negotiated with the successful applicant) 

£9.21 per hour

Temporary to 31.3.2019

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Home from Hospital team. Based at the MRI and NMGH, the primary purpose of the role is to make outgoing telephone calls to older Manchester residents from A&E and discharge lists provided by 3 hospitals, and to record, monitor and input data generated from the service activities and provide general administrative support to the service.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Access)
  • A knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Possession of full driving licence and willing to use own car for local travel
